We support Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7. All in 32 and 64 bits-

In some computers, EasyVoipRecorder sometimes shows this warning, to solve this issue

You could take one of this approach

1) Restart the easyvoipRecorder service (Win 2000 or Win XP) or the easyVoipRecorderMonitor(Vista). and also restart  your voipsoftphone application.

2) Restart your computer.

My Softphone is not supported, there is anything i can do?

How long can a call be recorded?

EasyVoipRecorder can record as long as you want. If you have enough hard disk space, the recording length is virtually unlimited.

Which Audio formats do EasyVoipRecorder support?

EasyVoipRecorder saves records in Ogg Vorbis or wav format. By default, Ogg encoding format is used, You can also export recorded conversations into MP3, Speex and WMA files easily.

How can I edit the recordings?

You can export your recordings and edit them in any other Audio editing tool. We recommend Audacity, which is open source and free.

I can't  listen my voice in the recordings. How can I correct this?

If you are using a USB headphone, go to the windows control panel and enter the "Sounds and Audio devices" settings. In the "audio" tab select the USB phone as the "Sound recording" default device.

Then please check the use only default devices in the bottom of the applet.

Be aware that this will make windows recognize your phone microphone as the default input, and your standard microphone will not work in some programs.

Once you do this, please go back to your VoIP program and perform this steps (these steps may vary slightly for each softphone):
- Go to the "Tools" menu and select "options".
- Select the "Sound devices" Tab.
- Choose "windows default device" in the "Audio In"  and "Audio Out"

You can subscribe to our sharing plan and upload your conversation with our tool. we'll give you a url to post in your webpage, podcast, email, blog or forum.

What exactly is Dual Audio Track?

Dual Audio Track means your voice and your partners' voice are separated into 2 individual audio tracks, making it very convenient for future editing. This is a popular request we get from our Podcast customers.

How can I export recorded calls into MP3 files?

Once in EasyVoIPRecorder, select the records you want to export, and then click menu "File | Export Records As Wav Files". If it's the first time you try to export mp3 files, EasyVoIPRecorder will show you a window that will help you to download and install the lame_enc.dll module. If the lame module is already installed, the exporting will begin automatically.

How can I export recorded calls into WAV files?

Once in EasyVoIPRecorder, select the records you want to export, and then click menu "File | Export Records As Wav Files". 

Where do EasyVoipRecorder save the recordings?

EasyVoipRecorder saves call recordings in a sub folder under \Program Files\EasyVoipRecorder\Recordings.

How can I use EasyVoipRecorder on another computer?

The registration code you receive from us is just for one computer. You should buy another license in order to use EasyVoipRecorder in another computer. See our license prices.
